How to connect
Sign in to your PropertyMe account. Once logged in, click the Settings icon or menu, usually found in the top navigation or sidebar. You need admin access to proceed to the next step.
Inside Settings, look for the Integrations section. Click it, then select API. This is where you manage third-party integrations for your PropertyMe account.
Click Create New Integration. You'll be asked to name the integration — use something clear like "GetListingFlow". PropertyMe will then generate two credential values for you.
After creation, PropertyMe will display your Client ID and Client Secret. Copy both values — you'll need to enter them separately in the GetListingFlow registration form. Store them somewhere safe; the Client Secret may only be shown once.
Return to the GetListingFlow registration form, select PropertyMe as your CRM, and paste your Client ID into the Client ID field and your Client Secret into the Client Secret field. Both fields are required.
Summary
Common issues
Error: API access unavailable
PropertyMe's API is only available on Professional and higher plans. If you're on the Basic plan, you'll need to upgrade your subscription before you can proceed. Contact PropertyMe support to discuss plan options.
Error: Credentials rejected after working previously
PropertyMe integration credentials can expire or be invalidated if the integration is deleted or regenerated. Go back to Settings → Integrations → API and check the status of your integration. If it's no longer active, create a new one and update your credentials with Quentin.
Error: Wrong portfolio receiving leads
If your PropertyMe account is used for both sales and property management, or covers multiple offices, leads may be routed to the wrong portfolio. Let Quentin know which portfolio is correct during your onboarding call so he can configure the integration accordingly.
Cannot find Integrations section in Settings
The Integrations section in PropertyMe Settings is only accessible to admin users. If you can't see it, ask your PropertyMe account administrator to either generate the integration credentials for you, or to grant your user account admin permissions.
